DIY Private Event (In Studio)

Service Description

Spend time laughing, creating, and just being together as you all create a new DIY Decor piece for your home or to give as a gift. Keep the mess contained and have the party in our DIY Studio. These parties are perfect for bible studies, bridal showers, birthdays, neighborhood gatherings, team sport moms, church groups, corporate events, or just about any other reason to get a group together and be creative! 1. Select your Date and time. 2. Select the project(s) to offer at your event. 3. Invite your friends/family to the Private Party registration page on the Beyond the Design Website. (Registration needs to be complete at least 1 week prior to the event to allow time for all materials and cutouts to be prepared on time.) 4. Remind your guests about the party 1 day prior to the event. We do provide aprons, but we suggest clothing they don't mind getting dirty in. A deposit of $50 ($20 travel fee is deducted from deposit for mobile parties) is required when booking your private party. The initial deposit, less the Mobile Party Travel Fee will be refunded once the minimum number of guests have registered for the event. If you are unable to meet the minimum, the deposit will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your private Mobile party, the deposit will not be refunded. Minimum of 6 people. Prices vary per project selected but vary from $35-65 a person. *Most projects are $35 per person. The exceptions are door hangers ($45-65 depending on size) and Porch leaners ($65-100 depending on style) *Additional supplies (i.e. ribbon, beads, etc., can be purchased at the event for an additional $) -Food and beverages okay. Absolutely no alcohol permitted. -All materials and tools needed are provided for the completion of the projects. -Guided instructions are provided for each project by Beyond the Design owner, Lynn Braun. -2-2.5 hours of creativity is typically needed to complete each project. -Beyond the Design does not provide food or beverages. Individual fees are paid online at least 1 week before party date. A link to the payment page will be provided to the party host. We do not issue refunds at this time for missed events or workshops.
